Kid Pumpkin is a platform game made for younger players. The goal is simple. You move through 12 levels, grab coins along the way, and try to reach the end of each stage.
It sounds easy at first, but the path is never clear for long.
Enemies show up early and often. The red ones are the most common. You can take them out by jumping on their heads or by tackling them.
The yellow ones work the same way, but they come with a twist. Every few seconds they jump, so timing matters. If you rush, you will get hit.
Then there are the black ones. These are the most dangerous enemies in the game, and you cannot kill them at all. No jump on the head, no tackle, nothing works.
Your only option is to jump over them and stay clear. One wrong move and you are done.
Controls are built for both mouse and keyboard. Use the arrow keys to move, or play with the mouse if that feels better. To jump, press the up arrow key or tap the up arrow on the right side of the screen.
To slide, press the down arrow key or tap the down arrow on the left side of the screen. That is all you need to know.
The mix of simple rules and tricky enemies keeps each level interesting. Coins give you something to chase, the 12 levels give you a clear goal, and the three enemy types keep you on your toes. It is a good fit for kids who want a challenge that is not too harsh.
