In Granny Chapter 2, players step into the shoes of Dorothy or Granny herself across several intense game modes. In Escape Mode, teams are split into seekers and hiders. Six players become Dorothy, tasked with finding hidden clues in order to escape the house, while two players take on the role of Granny, hunting the children and locking them in prison cells. To win, Dorothy’s team must work together, rescue imprisoned teammates, and avoid capture, while Granny must prevent any escape.

In Infection Mode, alliances dissolve. Each player is on their own in a heart-pounding free-for-all. Randomly assigned as either Granny or Dorothy, players experience a shifting dynamic—those caught change sides, creating a thrilling game of chase and survival. The goal remains the same: escape if you’re Dorothy, or catch if you’re Granny.

Story Mode offers a cooperative experience where players unite to defeat the horrifying Granny. Each player selects a unique role, such as Bomber, Thrower, Trapper, Puppeteer, Beater, or Healer. These roles allow for strategic gameplay, from setting traps and bombs to healing allies or distracting the enemy. Players must work together to clear stages and overcome the horrific challenges lying ahead.
